Packages Mall was UNISON’s flagship project in Pakistan. The project involved the construction of a 130,000 sqm commercial development that included a cinema, Hyperstar, and 189 tenants. The development cost was approximately USD $130 M, and the construction period was 30 months.

The scope of work included General Contractor Management, Value Engineering of the total design, Management of consultants and designers, complete project management, internal design development, and change management, management of contracts and procurement, and supervision and quality assurance.

The project achieved savings of USD 15 Million from the total project costs, and was completed within the allocated time, it is regarded as the highest-quality commercial development built in Pakistan to date.
