It is a corporate office development with four (4) levels of basement, a ground floor, and eighteen (18) levels of the superstructure. Whilst the building is a single structure with a central core, it is almost a mirrored layout and is defined as having two parts, Towers A and B. Tower A is north-facing and fronts Jail Road and is dedicated to FFC. Tower B faces South and fronts Street 2 and is dedicated to IHPL.

The superstructure has approximately 20,000 sq. ft clear floor area on each level, equally proportioned in Tower A and Tower B.

Due to the installation of 80,000 sq ft of Unidome concrete shapers, we are saving about 64 MN of dead concrete load as well as nearly.

750 tons of steel reinforcement- leading to a gross reduction of costs of 10% for the RC Structure.
